Orders shipped within the United States

• $3.99 USPS First Class 4-7 Business Days (once in transit) for all orders under $20.

• FREE USPS First Class 4-7 Business Days (once in transit) for all orders over $20.

• USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days (once in transit), FREE after $100.

Please Note: The free shipping offer includes Alaska, Hawaii, and all US Military Bases worldwide.  Arrival times in those areas will vary depending on location.

International orders shipped outside the United States

• UPS International (or other) 8-14 Business Days (once in transit / customs permitting). Rates are calculated by the commerce site, there is no additional fee or upcharge by KittyBea. You are paying our discounted rate for International Shipping.
 

Please Note: By ordering outside of the United States you are responsible for any added customs or duty taxes imposed by your country.  We have no control over such fees and you are advised to call your local customs agency to inquire before placing your order.


Fulfillment Details

• In stock yarn will typically ship within 2 business days.

• Dyed To Order purchases will ship out between 1-2 weeks from the date of your purchase.  If we foresee any delays we will contact you via email with details. 

• Beyond your order confirmation email you will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Return Policy

We only offer a refund in the form of Store Credit.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you Store credit or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned to us in the same condition that you received it with no pet hair, perfume or smoke odors and not rolled.

Refunds (Only Store Credit will be given)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (Store Credit).  If you are approved, then your Store Credit Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 2 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded as Store Credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
