This is the first pattern I’ve written, utilizing one of my own hand-dyed yarns from my brand, KittyBea Knitting. The KittyBea Largo yarn that is specified in this design, is a lovely blend of Baby Alpaca, Silk, and Linen provides a soft and smooth texture. When held with a Silk/Mohair yarn, it truly creates a gorgeous fabric. Silk/Mohair blends are really having a moment right now. There are many new designs coming out that call for this lovely blend.

I chose a neutral color (Love on The Rocks) in my Largo yarn and a dusty/light pink in KidSilk Haze. Don’t be afraid to experiment with various color combos- the results are always fun and sometimes unexpected!

Notes
This pullover is knit bottom up, then divided to work the Front and Back separately. After the shoulders are seamed, the sleeves are picked-up along the dropped shoulder and worked. To help you keep track of the traveling, vertical “legs”, I’ve included the number of YO’s you will have at certain points. I found it helpful to place lockable stitch markers on YO’s along the way, to help me keep track of where I was in the pattern. Using this method is up to you, there is no other significance in marking YO’s.
